The course is now Listed FOR SALE as of March 24th with Colliers
The ‘Receiver’ has asked the Court to authorize a budget to get the Course Operational. 🏌🏽♂️
It could take 4 to 6 weeks after they Staff it, to get it open and ready for play
We will advise you as soon as we receive further updates
Update March 12th
Gentlemen:
We want to update you regarding the Delta Golf Course saga.
The anticipated March 9th listing date of the property has not materialized.
We have been advised there has been an unforeseen setback by the courts in the Receivers proceedings.
The course management is continuing to maintain the course to keep it in reasonable shape, however they cannot give us a projected date for the sale proceedings but do feel confident that things will start moving forward soon.
They have requested we keep our enquiries to a minimum.
Your Executive is in weekly contact with course management and will keep you advised the moment we have any pertinent information.
Our Captain , Brian Small has been able to have our Golf Canada handicap reporting system changed over to our “Delta Senior Men’s Golf” (Thursday).
At this time you should not notice any change in recording your scores from any course to the system.
Hope to be able to report some positive developments shortly

Update March 4th
Many of you may have seen the False Posting on the Delta Golf Course web site about “Opening soon”
The course is NOT opening! The website has now been changed to say "Closed"
We have just received some good news from course Management, in that a price has been established by the Bank and Receiver and the course will be listed FOR SALE on or about March 9th . We are told that there are several interested groups looking at the Golf Course and with any luck they might achieve a quick sale.
"DGC Management will advise us on an opening date as soon as one is known."
We will keep you informed of the progress.
